Yes, as other buyer mentioned manufacturer dimensions listed include seed catcher. Actual cage dimensions where your bird will live is 23 1/2" Wide x 40" High x 20" Deep. The included food/water bowls (3) and perchs (2) are a bit big for our 4 month old Indian Ring Neck, but we easily improvised. The individual doors to each bowl is very useful. The seed catcher works wonderfully to catch majority of seeds/debris that may fall on floor (so glad since I like a tidy home). The wheels are also a plus so I can easily move the cage to vaccuum under and around the cage when needed (2 wheels are lockable). Very easy to assemble (less than an hour), I put it together before husband came home. All pieces were included and fit together easily and snugly for a solid fit. The pull out tray was a little bent on one side (we assume from shipping), but husband easily straightened it without cracking the powdercoat (this was important since we live in Hawaii near the beach and exposed metal is subject to rust). The powdercoating makes it very easy to wipe clean. The bottom grid of the cage (above the pull out tray) and the pull out tray both individually slide out easily to be cleaned. Cage is sturdy and a great buy (free shipping is offered). Very satisfied and so is our bird. Would definitely recommend this cage. Aloha!
